On November 29, 2022, the Anaheim Ducks and the Anaheim Family YMCA announced a new partnership making an impact in Anaheim & the regional communities of N. Orange County through health, equity, and youth programming.
As part of the collaboration, Anaheim Ducks will serve as the “Official Youth Street Hockey Partner” for the Anaheim Family YMCA’s youth street hockey league, which will feature Anaheim Ducks-branded YMCA youth street hockey league jerseys.
“We’re extremely thrilled to further develop our partnership with the Anaheim Family YMCA and help bring additional programming to their facilities,” said Merit Tully, Vice President of Marketing for the Anaheim Ducks. “Utilizing the sport of hockey and the Anaheim Ducks to bring positive change in our local community is something we are truly passionate about. The YMCA shares our enthusiasm for empowering and investing in our youth which really helps this initiative take flight.”
The partnership also includes integrated content and branding opportunities with YMCA. The two organizations will also work together to identify and offer a range of experiences and opportunities to grow the game of street hockey while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for Anaheim’s youth.
