HIIT Cardio

Description: HIIT Cardio is a full-body workout that includes a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Participants will be challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

Intermediate Yoga

Description: This class is designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement. 

BootCamp

Description: Our Boot Camp is a great way to kick start all of your fitness goals and is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. Activities include Military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, jump ropes, and more.  You will feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our Boot Camp class.
