Description: This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower pace and is focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.
This is a free clinic being conducted by the soccer program over at Fullerton College that will focus on improving your technical skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control in various situations. Description: Our Boot Camp is a great way to kick start all of your fitness goals and is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. Activities include Military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, jump ropes, and more. You will feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our Boot Camp class.
Description: HIIT Cardio is a full-body workout that includes a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Participants will be challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.
